Alex Stack

Alex Stack is an Associate on the Private Debt & Equity team. His primary focus is underwriting funds, subordinated debt, and equity co-investments in middle market companies alongside private equity sponsors. Previously, Alex worked on the leveraged finance team at Enterprise Bank & Trust, a publicly-traded commercial bank. In this role, he was responsible for underwriting, negotiating, and ongoing portfolio management of private equity-owned companies in the middle market. 

Alex received a Master of Science in Finance (M.S.F.) degree from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) in finance and banking from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
